About
A developer shaped by a classroom, a sales floor, an e-commerce company and a restaurant kitchen.
I’m Monirujjaman Monjil, a developer from Tangail Sadar, Bangladesh. I was born here, I live here, and I build software here for clients and users who could be anywhere.
My working life started in 2015 as a teacher at Dishari Academic School & Coaching, where I also gave private tuition until 2019. Teaching gave me a habit I still rely on: break complex things into simple, clear steps.
In October 2019 I joined Mahbub Group of Industries as an Executive in Sales & Marketing. Then, in January 2021, I took on my first leadership role as CEO of Zarbi — Service & Online Shopping, which I ran until 2023. From 2023 to 2025 I was also managing partner of Hoichoi Food Zone, a restaurant. Those years taught me how real businesses run, sell and grow.
Technology was always the thread. In October 2021 I started the Tech Easy Life YouTube channel. In 2022 I began building Android apps with Java, Kotlin and Flutter. I started web development in 2024 and have worked professionally across frontend, backend, servers and APIs since 2026 — the same year I started building iOS apps with Swift.
In 2025 I founded DueTrack, a Bengali due-management software for Bangladeshi shops. Today I run all my work with a business mind — and I believe a business succeeds only when its owner thinks about the customer’s profit, not their own.
I’m also an admin of the Android App Help (Buy & Sell) Facebook community, where I act as the trusted “Admin Deal” middleman so developers and buyers can trade projects safely.
Business philosophy
A business succeeds only when the business owner thinks about the customer’s profit — not their own.
That’s the rule behind everything I do now — client apps, websites and DueTrack. If a product doesn’t make the customer’s life easier or their business more profitable, it isn’t finished yet.

Years of teaching mean you always know what is being built, why, and what comes next.
I build for the customer’s results — more sales, more users, more time saved. When the customer wins, the business wins.
Launch is the start. I stay around for updates, fixes and the next version.
